One of such initiatives has been taken by a coworking member at OFCSPC, Mr.Saurabh Gupta who has here shared his journey from a being graduate student at IIT, Delhi to being the founder of Intellemo, a digital marketing & analytics platform. Here are the bites of conversation with him!
Before we begin to understand your company, can you tell us a little about your journey?
I and Tusha Agarwal, Co-founder, Intellemo come from a small city called Mathura in UP. We have been working in Digital & IT service industry in Delhi NCR for more than 14 years combined and then started Intellemo in 2018.
Tell us more about the full story: your background/ passions/education, and how that led you to what you do today?
I had completed my schooling from Mathura. I cleared IIT-JEE in 2007 and went to IIT Delhi for my graduation and post graduation. Thereafter, I have contributed to the digital marketing efforts of more than 20 startups including big names such as Lenskart.com, Yatra.com and Urbanclap.com. I had always wished to contribute to uplift the lives of many people. I wanted to become an IAS officer and appeared for UPSC exam. I cleared UPSC mains and appeared for interview five times. Thereafter I realised that I could help many small businesses and startups to grow faster and bring the change I desire through MY expertise in digital marketing. There, the birth of Intellemo happened.
Tusha Agarwal also did her schooling & graduation from Mathura. She comes from a business family. Her parents owned a small shop in Mathura. She knows the aspirations of small business owners in small cities. After working in the marketing team of companies such as HCL technologies, Barclays and American Express, she co-founded Intellemo to contribute towards increasing the business of small enterprises.
Tell us about your how you connected over your business idea and how you implemented it?
We had expertise in digital marketing where we were bringing high growth to top eCommerce companies. We realised that there was increasing demand of digital marketing services in small startups/businesses even in tier 2 and tier 3 cities of India. So, we gathered our forces to implement affordable digital marketing solutions for small businesses.
What kind of work does your team/co./startup specialize in?
Intellemo combines both “Intellect and Emotions” in our Growth Partnership with a Business. At Intellemo, we focus on business growth for startups and small businesses using efficient and impactful digital marketing. Intellemo aims to transform digital marketing & analytics for our clients. What would you say are the unique and defining characteristics of your company, professional style, or business model?
We have a “Win-Win model” where the results of the startup are the most important criteria for measurement and are directly linked to the payment for services of Intellemo. We do not charge a fixed monthly retainer or percentage of cost that other digital marketing agencies do. For Intellemo, the accountability for growth of business of the client is most important.

In what ways do you expect your company/profession to grow in the next 5 years?
As smartphones penetrate throughout India, every business would need digital marketing services to reach their targeted customers. Intellemo has a massive opportunity to provide these services at large scale for thousands of clients across the country.
Tell us about YOU, what do you like doing when you unplug from work?
Whenever I return home from work, I usually spend time with my family. Apart from that my interests also include studying and cooking.
And last but not least, how did you end up at OfcSpc?
We wanted a space which had all the services of a corporate office and allowed us to minimise the upfront capital cost required. OFCPSC team has been very cooperative and provides fantastic services. It is a platform to allow faster & efficient growth of startups like Intellemo.
