About the role - The person shall be responsible for the creation of a collaborative environment amongst co-working members through events and personal introductions. He/she shall be able to explain company policies and procedures to members and identify opportunities and act on them to connect members. The person should also design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience. The person should also be growing the network by introducing the company to prospective clients. Creating a strong network and making active connections with startups, ecosystem partners, investors and mentors by representing the company at various events. Driving growth and promotion of company provided services and managing all activities like access cards, ID cards, meeting room booking, vendor management, and office supply management. Ensuring that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly.

About the role - The person responsible will be assigned with tasks related to writing and posting creative content on the website and other mediums. About the role - We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can successfully manage a string of responsibilities like; visiting warehouses to generate property requirements and identifying prospective tenants looking to lease a property. He/she should be able to generate leads through market research/calling – leasing of warehouses and online campaigns. He/she should be able to conduct surveys on vacant warehouses and of the property market to obtain information on competing for lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent. The person responsible should also be able to provide potential tenants with a tour of properties highlighting the valuable features of the premises in order to convince customers and influence lease. Overseeing lease rate and maintaining good relations with the lessees and help in resolving property issues. He/she should also be able to guide activities and channel partners for deeper market penetration. And, he/she should also be able to ensure proper documentation and storage of leasing files.

The person responsible should carry essential requisites like; proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Familiarity with CRM systems, practices and excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. The person should also be bearing a high school degree.
