Of all the workplace jargons, ‘love’ is that one word you won’t be hearing too often. But, whether in the passageways or boardrooms; it affects everybody’s work environment.

The more your team or co-workers feel love at the workplace, the more connected with everything they will be. In a recent study by the Harvard Business Review, employees who felt they worked in a cherishing environment reported a good level of work fulfilment. They even talked about the cooperation and appeared to work. Individuals who work in a culture where they allow to express love, care, and empathy for each other were happier with their jobs. And, focused and responsible for their assignments.

It is critical if organizations show some gratefulness to their teams as it keeps them cheerful and focused to perform.
